How It Works

At SwiftFold Laundry, we’ve simplified laundry into a seamless, door-to-door service you can trust. Here’s how it works:

1. Schedule Your Pickup

Book your preferred day and time directly through our website. You’ll choose your detergent preference from our dropdown menu during checkout. On your order, throw your clothes into a 13 gallon kitchen bag.

2. We Pick It Up

On the scheduled day, our team arrives at your doorstep to collect your laundry.

3. Expert Washing & Drying

We transport your laundry to a trusted local laundromat, where we:

  • Sort by lights and darks

  • Wash using your selected detergent

  • Use cold water to preserve fabric and color

  • Dry on medium heat, unless you've requested hang-dry items.

4. Folded & Packaged With Care

Once clean, your clothes are:

  • Neatly folded or hung, depending on your order

  • Carefully packaged in a bag and sealed with care for drop-off

  • Organized for quick unpacking

5. Delivered in 24 Hours

We return your fresh laundry within 24 hours of pickup—ready to wear, wrinkle-free, and handled with care. You will select your drop off time at the time of booking. Additionally, you will receive a email from driver when they are on their way to deliver your cleaned, neatly folded clothes.

  • A: Wash and fold laundry service is a full-service laundry option where a laundry provider washes, dries, and neatly folds a customer's clothes and linens, priced per bag. SwiftFold Laundry's wash-and-fold service includes sorting, washing in commercial-grade machines, drying, folding, and packaging laundry for pickup or delivery.

  • SwiftFold’s Standard Laundry Bag Service includes the following (minimum order is $49.95):

    • Minimum of one (1) 13-gallon kitchen bag full of laundry

    • Clothing items sorted by colors and darks

    • Washed in cold water using your choice of one of our standard detergents (Tide, Gain, All Free & Clear) on a normal wash cycle

    • The items are then dried on a medium heat setting

    • Once drying is complete, the items are neatly folded and packaged for drop off

    You can include additional bags at an extra cost. You can find those options available as “Add-ons” within our online ordering platform. You can specify if your additional bag is a Standard, Delicates, Kid’s Bag, or Hang Dry.

  • A: Customers schedule a pickup window online, bag their laundry, and leave it at the door or a designated spot at the scheduled time. SwiftFold Laundry picks up the laundry, washes, dries, and folds it, then returns it clean and neatly packaged on the agreed delivery day, within 24 hours.

  • A Kid’s Bag is for children age 0-10 years old and is equivalent to one 13-gallon kitchen bag full of kid’s clothing. A Kid’s Bag is not separated and all laundry is washed in one single load on cold water and dried on medium heat, then neatly folded. At this time, a Kid’s Bag items cannot be hung.

  • A: Yes. SwiftFold Laundry offers recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly wash-and-fold pickup and delivery plans for households and businesses in Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, and Catalina Foothills, in addition to one-time, on-demand pickups.

  • Below is a list of acceptable items that we can process in a standard laundry order:

    • Machine-washable athletic wear

    • Everyday clothes

    • Children's clothes

    • Baby clothes

    • Towels

    • Blankets

    • Sheets

    • Comforters

    • Duvet Covers

    • Machine Washable Rugs

  • A: No. SwiftFold Laundry sorts, washes, and folds laundry for customers, including separating lights from darks, so there is no need to pre-sort before scheduling a pickup in Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, or Catalina Foothills.

  • Yes, the following items are currently unavailable for our standard laundry orders:

    • Pillows

    • Comforters

    • Curtains

    • Commercial linens

    • Sofa covers

    • Area rugs

    • Sleeping bags

    • Dog beds

    • Grow Clothes (Hemp-based)

    • Restaurant linens

    • Specialty care clothing items

    • Wedding dresses

    • Costumes

    • Hats/Headwear

    • Shoes

  • At this time, we only offer ironing for tablecloths. We will be offering this service in the near future!

  • We are currently working on partnering with a trusted, local dry cleaners to perform all of our clients dry cleaning needs. If you have a recommendation, send it to us in our Contact Us form!

  • Quality and customer service is a top priority at SwiftFold. In the event an item is damaged during our laundry process, please take pictures and email us within 7 days of your delivery date using our Contact Us form.

    Damages related to normal laundry processes will not be covered, such as:

    • Color fading

    • Shrinkage

    • Button damage

    • Piling

    SwiftFold is not liable for damage caused due to foreign items left in the laundry.

    We do our due diligence to insure that no item is left behind during our process. In the event an item is lost, please reach out to us. We will do our best to locate the item but if we are unable to do so within 10 days the item will be considered lost and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

    SwiftFold is not responsible for the following lost items:

    • Socks

    • Loose items in pockets or the laundry bag such as keys, toys, cufflinks, AirPods or similar devices, money, wallets, jewelry, watches, credit/debit cards, etc.

  • If SwiftFold arrives to pick up your order and they are unable to locate your bags, SwiftFold will attempt to call/text you at the number you provided on your order form. If SwiftFold is unable to reach you in a timely manner, your order will be canceled and a $10 fee will be charged.

  • SwiftFold doesn’t want you to be tied down to your home waiting for us, take this time to run errands or spend quality time with your loved ones!

    We will pick up the items from the address you provided and any specific pick up/drop off instructions you left.

  • No! Pick up and delivery is FREE!
